Had a nice overnight stay here. the convenient, secluded spot was a bonus. 🌟

Location is great for shopping in the local markets. The Paseo centre containing another market and numerous shops and places to dine is only a short walk away (turn left) or less than 50 baht in a taxi.Also live music and restaurants which are closer turning right. I have recommended this hotel in the past but service has seriously deteriorated so would not do so again.

I have used this hotel almost a dozen times but have now found the need to look elsewhere. Shuttle service to airport was only hourly at best. Informed by the manager that the next shuttle would be in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later after enquiring again was told it would not be until 9.30 which was 70 minutes after our first conversation with him. Got a taxi at the end of the road. Some staff awkward and obnoxious. Refused to accept a booking for one night the following week which I offered to pay for in advance at the full non discounted rate telling me I had to use the internet. A very helpful and polite young woman had previously accepted my booking over the phone without any fuss. I shall be stopping elsewhere in the future in a nearby hotel.Cement and concrete dust everywhere due to the building work that has been going on for more than 18 months. Having to wade through large puddles of muck as the road was dug up. They are now renovating the older rooms. Sick to death of cold fried eggs at breakfast.

the room was huge and had it's own private balcony that went out straight to the pool which was also quite nice. the bed was nice too and lady at airport pick up was quite efficient. one young lad at Reception was also quite helpful and knew what he was doing. the hotel was peaceful and quiet for the most part, you could really be alone with your thoughts while looking at the nice pool and greens surrounding the area (early morning though, you'd be awakened with kids playing in the pool and housekeeping staff talking loudly in the hallway). hotel is near the airport, so it's good place to stay for a night or two if traveling on business or if you just want to get away for a couple of days. also if you can't be bothered to commute very far going to and from the airport and want to be by the water (pool is nice), i'd recommend staying in this property.

firstly, they don't serve proper food and no restaurant. they only serve breakfast, so lunch and dinner would have to be elsewhere and there are no nearby restaurants. some Receptionists were also grumpy & were not friendly at all. the lobby leaves little to be desired, they should make it more professional w/ proper AC working & Receptionists shouldn't be wearing slippers going around the lobby. there is a dirty market in the area -- i don't know if they can do anything about that but it downgrades the value of the property. wifi is reliable however you need to keep logging on as it goes offline if unused for 20 mins or so. phone inside the room was not working & upon informing them, no one came to fix it. if any emergency came up, good luck to you. most staff spoke very little english. you have to repeat yourself 5 times to get your point across and they still won't get it completely.

Spacious and spotless rooms, plus a great addition with a balcony for some fresh air 😊.

This place's premier room is modern and comes with air conditioning. the bathroom appears to be neat and tidy.

Proximity to airport. Free shuttle bus. Comfortable bed with clean white sheets. Breakfast ok.

It wasn't clear to us where breakfast was. We assumed it was near the office but it was on the first floor within the complex. Probably our fault for not asking. It is quite a distance from Bangkok city centre, so if you were staying for a few days this might not be your ideal location.

Good location very close to the airport, provide free shuttle bus. Swimming pool. Nice personnel.

1) No opportunities for having any meal at hotel, only 7-11 shop nearby and night restaurant 10 min. walk through dirty local market. 2) Surrounded by dirty local market.

I had a really comfortable stay for one night and enjoyed a traditional breakfast for western tastes that was affordable.

- It is close to the airport. - Pool is great. - Rooms comfy and clean.

- Wi-fi is ridiculously expensive for Thailand. - The area is horrible, there is not a place to eat around the hotel. - As a follow-up from the last one, they don't have a restaurant, they just serve breakfasts, so it gets hard to get a proper meal. You'll end up buying snacks from the 7-eleven nearby.

Great hotel, only stayed a few night as it was very close from the airport , only about a 5 minutes drive. They give us free round trip transfer from the airport. It was a great choice -Value for money, staff are friendly and efficient service ,nice clean and new rooms. The pool is very nice, It's too big and clean. Near by the hotel have the traditional market and the avenue, so convenience for shopping.

Good for a transit in Bangkok airport

Ig room, clean, free transfer from/to the airport (about 10 minutes). There is a restaurant about 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel (but this is the only one). Very close to a 7 eleven.

If you lose the password of the Wi-Fi, you have to pay for a second one. There is nothing interesting close to the hotel, it is ok only if you are in transit and you want to stay close to the airport.
